Partner Program

Your clients already ask you
what software to use

Argenta brings core nonprofit operations into one platform. If you advise nonprofits for a living, this program lets you recommend Argenta to the clients it is a good fit for, and stay their adviser while you do it.

Who this is for

Consultants and agencies who already advise nonprofits

You know how your clients work, where their money comes from, and what is going wrong in their week, and they trust you to tell them what to do about it. That trust takes years to earn. We are not trying to replace it.

This fits if

  • You advise nonprofits on operations, fundraising, finance or the software they run on.
  • Some of your clients get by on a patchwork of apps and spreadsheets: donors in one place, the books in another, volunteers in a shared sheet, and somebody retyping the same names into all three.
  • You want to stay the person your client trusts rather than become a reseller.

It probably does not fit if

  • You want a directory listing to sell against and nothing else.
  • You cannot say which of your clients this suits, or why.
  • You would rather not learn the software before you recommend it.

The pilot

Three firms first

We are opening the program to three consultants or agencies before anyone else. It is small on purpose. The first partners work with us directly, and what they run into shapes the program before it opens any wider.

An orientation in the pilot's first two weeks

A session with our team in the first two weeks of the pilot, walking through Argenta so you know what you are recommending before you introduce anyone.

Introductions

How an introduction works

An introduction is a client you think Argenta suits, who has agreed to hear about it.

1

You ask your client

Check that the organization is happy to hear from us before you pass anything on.

2

You tell us about them

The organization, who you have spoken to there, and what they are struggling with.

3

We get in touch with them

We contact the organization and talk to them about what they need. If they would like you on that first call, they tell us and we invite you.

The other half

What we ask of you

Short list, and none of it is a formality. A program full of partners who have not read the product is worth nothing to a nonprofit.

  • Your clients are real and current, not a list you once worked with.
  • You ask your client before you introduce them, every time.
  • You learn enough of Argenta to say honestly where it does not suit someone.
  • You tell your client you are part of this program, so they can weigh your advice knowing that.
What a pilot partner earns. Two things come first: we accept the introduction, and the client starts paying for an Argenta base subscription. From then on, the client gets 10% off that subscription and you earn 20% of the discounted amount Argenta collects from them, both for the first 12 months the client pays for. Add-ons and services are not part of the reward. Rewards are paid quarterly, starting after the client's first 60 paid days, and the terms are agreed with you in writing before your first introduction.

Questions consultants ask first

Do I have to resell Argenta?

No. You are not buying licences, holding stock or invoicing your client for software. You introduce the organization, we take the commercial relationship from there, and you carry on advising them.

Why only three firms?

A small group lets us work with each firm directly and fix what does not work before more firms join.

Is there an exam or a certification?

We ask you to learn Argenta well enough to be honest about it, including where it does not suit an organization. We are not going to put a certified label on anyone without a real assessment behind it.

What happens to my client's data?

Their Argenta account belongs to them. Being their adviser does not give you access to it, and if they want you in there they add you themselves.

What does it cost to join?

There is no fee to apply. What a pilot partner earns is set out above, and agreed with them in writing before their first introduction.

Tell us about your clients

The application is short. We read it properly and we answer either way.
