How to See What a Campaign Brought In (Campaign Acquisition)
Campaign Acquisition shows who and what a campaign brought in: the leads it found, the donors, members, volunteers and clients it won, and the pledges and material donations made through it.
Open Campaign Acquisition
Open the campaign and click Campaign Acquisition in the workspace menu.

The total, the mix, and a card for each of the eight categories.
The total and the mix
The orange panel shows the total number of records credited to the campaign and how many categories they fall into. The Acquisition Mix bar below it splits that total by category, with each color matching a card.

The mix shows at a glance where the campaign's results came from.
The eight cards
- Leads Acquired: leads connected to the campaign.
- Leads Converted: the smaller set of those leads the campaign actually converted.
- Clients/Customers, Donors, Members and Volunteers: records that name this campaign as the one that brought them in.
- Pledges and Material Donations: pledges and in-kind donations made through the campaign.
These are credit counts, not activity in a date range. A record counts because its own campaign field points at this campaign, whenever it was created.
See the records behind a card
Click any card to open its list. Each record shows its name and its main details, and the arrow at the end of a row opens the record itself. The x in the corner closes the list.

Credit a record to the campaign
If someone is missing, open their record and set the campaign there:
- A donor, member or volunteer: Associated Campaign on their details page.
- A client: the campaign field on Client Details.
- A pledge or a material donation: Associated Campaign on its details page.
- A lead: connect the campaign on the lead's Connections page to count it as acquired, and set Acquired By Campaign on its Sales Cycle page to count it as converted.
